Outbound webhooks can now be created via the project settings. You find out more about webhooks at https://podaio.notion.site/Webhooks-Alpha-db5ef33d469b471aaa2510c79b1fc3c9

Working on exposing some webhooks that will fire a HTTP requests whenever a node, comment or key result is created, updated, or deleted.
I will split the API from this story although still plan to visit that in the near future

When implementing API please provide OpenAPI Specification (OAS 2.0) Swagger file on site as many SaaS do. This will allow easy and quick integration of Poda for external developers.

Spam Vadminas: Yep agree swagger is a great tool

Critical now for any tool. Ability to talk with other SAAS

Starting to think on this now around its design, if anyone has specific requirements would be good to put them in here.
Current thought is more a set of web hooks at this stage that i can use to create a Zapier/n8n.io style integration and expose for others to use as needed

Nick Glavin: In addition to webhooks that will trigger flows in apps like Zapier and n8n.io, it would be great if we could update values in Poda based on triggers from other apps. E.g. Jira epic gets shipped -> Change status of node in Poda.

Totally agree. At it's current stage, I don't see Poda as a standalone tool for product planning. It has to be linked to a Jira, GitHub etc. So both, APIs for updating Poda and webhooks for triggering changes in other applications are quite important.

It would be nice to have outgoing webhooks too, so when I set a node to "Now" I could kick off some other processes.
