enable a switch to lock or unlock the editing of the map

I create maps on my PC and often view them on my mobile or iPad. However, when I try to pan the map, my finger disrupts the positions of the items I touch. Could you enable a switch to lock or unlock the editing of the map?

That drives me nuts too, and worse is when i don't realize I moved something and forget the undo button.. I would love a "lock" feature or a view-mode where editing is disabled.
